Centering in Life – Pottery Meditations

This brief meditation provides the beauty and challenge of clay centering on the potter’s wheel and how this symbolises and represents centering of the person, heart and mind. Dr Joseph R Bowers provides the narrative voiceover.

Part of a new project to publish regular videos as possible given our busy life and work… we hope these videos will make a difference for people.

Already we have heard from elders in Canada, clients in the New England, and others across Australia. They are saying they want more! They love the approach to mindfulness and meditation. Some want videos on making pottery and others would like to hear more insights and discussions.

In both pathways we hope to provide creative insights and also, while terribly humbled, we rely on the larger community of artists and therapists whose work inspires and guides.
