2. How does telehealth work?

All services are delivered online via secure platforms, accessible from anywhere in Australia. You can connect via phone or video on any device—from home, work, or on the move.

3. Who can access your services?

We consult with private clients (who pay out of pocket fees). And we serve NDIS participants (who pay via NDIS funding).

4. Are telehealth sessions effective?

Absolutely. Telehealth is proven to be just as effective as in-person therapy for many clients. It also improves accessibility, privacy, and convenience—especially for families in regional and remote areas.

5. How long are sessions, and how much do they cost?

Sessions typically run for around 50 minutes. Our standard private fees are $180 per hour + GST = $198.00

We note that private fees now equal typical out of pocket expenses for psychologists with medicare or other subsidy. Also note that counselling with professional development, workplace capacity or corporate outcomes can be tax deductible - but please check with your accountant.

For NDIS counselling and behaviour support, we use the standard line item funding allocation.

6. What technology do I need?

You just need a phone and network connection. If you want to connect via video - you need a phone with video. If you want to use video with a tablet, laptop, or computer you need a stable internet connection. So you will need a device with a camera and microphone (laptop/tablet/phone).
