All services are delivered online via secure platforms, accessible from anywhere in Australia. You can connect via phone or video on any device—from home, work, or on the move.

3. Who can access your services?

Currently, we serve NDIS participants nationwide. While we are not taking private clients at the moment, we may open up again in the future—check back for updates.

4. Are telehealth sessions effective?

Absolutely. Telehealth is proven to be just as effective as in-person therapy for many clients. It also improves accessibility, privacy, and convenience—especially for families in regional and remote areas.

5. How long are sessions, and how much do they cost?

Sessions typically run for around 50 minutes. Pricing varies depending on the service type and NDIS funding. Please contact us for detailed fee information.

6. What technology do I need?

You just need a stable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone (laptop/tablet/phone). We’ll help you set everything up before your first session.

7. How do I start?

Simply fill out the form on our homepage, or call us within office hours (Tuesdays–Thursdays, 10 am–3 pm). We’ll match you with the right therapist and guide your first steps.
